The information we collect

If you contact us and choose to give us any personal data then this information will only be used in order to provide you with our services. The legal basis for collecting this data (Legitimate Interest) as per Recital 47 of Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not collect ‘sensitive data’ about you (as specified in Article 9 of the GDPR as data about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs) unless such information is pertinent for us to hold in order for us to provide the correct cultural or religious context for your event.

We will not pass any of your personal details on to third parties unless it is necessary to facilitate your event/booking. We do share your data with our IT and hosting company with whom we have a Data Sharing Agreement. They are based in the UK and are also required to comply with any Data Legislation in force from time to time.

You do not have to provide us with Personal Data if you do not wish to, however we will then be unable to assist you with your event/booking.

We may send you marketing communications via email, relating to our services, if we think it may be of interest to you. You may inform us at any time if you no longer require this communication.
