Deana & Tim
OWNERS
From the moment they first laid eyes upon Frame Frame, Tim and Deana were immediately captivated by its rustic charm, its derelict buildings and its idyllic location, and in that moment, glimpsed its extraordinary potential. Ever since, their hearts have been set on breathing new life into the then-neglected farmstead, embarking on a three-year journey with their commitment to sustainability guiding every meticulous step of the restoration process. Today, the farm stands as a testament to their enduring and ongoing love story.
Fun fact: Deana and Tim love adventure travel and are often on expeditions in remote regions or diving in the tropics. Deana is an accomplished sailor and sculptor, and Tim has travelled overland from the UK to Cape Town, Kathmandu and Timbuktu.
Best memory at the farm: Waking up to a gorgeous blanket of snow on the morning of our first wedding!
Chrystelle
EVENTS & BUSINESS MANAGER
Hailing from France, Chrystelle boasts a remarkable 25 years of experience in the wedding and events industry. Her journey began in the world of catering, where the real magic often happens behind the scenes! Chrystelle’s charming approach, coupled with her dedication to meticulous planning and an unwavering focus on even the finest of details, makes her the perfect host for your special day.
Fun fact: Her French accent brings an extra element of loveliness, and although Chrystelle speaks fluent English, she still counts in French!
Best memory at the farm: One of our gorgeous couples arriving by helicopter with all their friends and family watching from the terrace.
Tembo, Chris & Matt
NIGHT MANAGERS
Tembo, Chris and Matt will personally ensure that your evening party is a huge success! They each take great pride in the art of hospitality, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. From extending a warm welcome to your evening suppliers and overseeing the set-up in line with your wishes to bidding them farewell at the end of the night, their commitment knows no bounds.
The only question is: Which one of our wonderful hosts will have the pleasure of looking after you and making your evening celebrations truly unforgettable?
Fun facts: Tembo is from Namibia and until recently ran a luxury safari business, Chris is a professional sailor whose last home was the British Virgin Islands and Matt is from Australia and works in the travel industry.
Best memory at the farm: Enjoying the fabulous bands and DJs that perform for our guests.

HOUSEKEEPERS
The reputation and excellence of The Oak Barn, Frame Farm is a testament to the extraordinary dedication of Nicky and her brilliant team. They work tirelessly to ensure that all our guests enjoy a luxurious experience for the duration of their stay. The word ‘immaculate’ frequently graces the testimonials of our delighted couples, and we consider ourselves immensely fortunate to have such a devoted and talented cleaning team.
Fun fact: They love seeing the stunning seasonal changes at the farm, particularly the purple and pink flourishes of colour each summer.
Best memory at the farm: Seeing the transformation of The Oak Barn from a derelict building to the spectacular venue it is today.
Tom & Andrew
MAINTENANCE TEAM
Meet the unsung heroes behind the scenes! After every event, a whirlwind of activity ensues, ensuring our barns, cottages, and grounds are pristine and ready for the next event. Nurturing historic buildings such as ours whilst seamlessly tending to their modern amenities requires a special blend of dedication and expertise. Tom and Andrew are unrivalled in their skills and, alongside Tim, are often embarking on projects aimed at enhancing our eco venue, ensuring that it meets and exceeds your every expectation.
Fun fact: When not looking after gardens, Tom can be found on the water or up a mountain somewhere in the world, and Andrew has a collection of farm machinery, from tractors to a Matador truck.
Best memory at the farm: Tree planting to mark each event and seeing them flourish each year.
