Frame Farm became our family home in 2015, purchased with the intention of creating an exceptional private venue within the redundant farm buildings that lie to the west of the Georgian farmhouse. Giving these barns a new life and the farm a viable future is of great importance and the coming year will bring positive change through a meticulous restoration programme.
Part of our vision is to incorporate low carbon technology into the new design with a focus on energy efficiency, and a deliberate move away from fossil fuels. During our first year at Frame Farm we installed a biomass boiler that now provides all the heating and hot water requirements for the buildings and in the future, both the barns. In addition, our solar panels produce a net surplus of power due to the installation of LED lighting to the property.
Aside from our green aspirations, we believe a warm welcome, personal service and relaxed setting will ensure our guests are easily captivated by the magic of Frame Farm. It is a very special place that we look forward to sharing with you.
